Welcome to another edition of the PROBIRT Newsletter where it’s all about the videos!

PROBIRT VIDEO TOUR – COMING MARCH 2006
Almost all of the clinics taped during last year’s video tour are available for viewing on the PROBIRT web site — swiss replica watches
only one to go! This means it’s time to hold the next video tour. What is a video tour, you ask? It’s simple. I travel around the country, stopping at shops along the way. I set up some audio and video equipment and capture repair technicians giving one-on-one clinics. Later I edit the videos and upload them to the web site so everyone can learn from them.

This year’s tour is scheduled from mid to late March. If you’d like to share your repair knowledge and prefer to do it orally as opposed to writing an article, this is your chance to earn a FREE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP. Even more importantly, you’ll get a highly prized, valuable, and eminently wearable PROBIRT T-shirt for your efforts!

You choose the topic — or topics — you want to include in the video. You could hold a "Tips & Tricks" clinic that includes a wide range of great ideas. Or you could cover a single process in depth, such as proper saxophone adjustment, or how to convert a French horn bell to a screw-on type. All topics and all levels of repair expertise are welcome. Clinics can last from 30 minutes to two days!

If you’re interested in participating in the March 2006 PROBIRT Video Tour, send an email by Wednesday, February 22 to michelle@probirt.com with the following information:

- Your name, location, and telephone number.
- What topic(s) you’d like to cover.
- How long you expect the clinic will run.
- The best part of the week to do it (e.g., weekends, early week, mid-week, end of week).
- The best time of day to hold the clinic (e.g., morning, afternoon, evening).
- Any dates between March 12 and March 31 that you absolutely can’t hold the clinic.

SPEAKING OF VIDEOS…
If you haven’t seen them yet, there are three new videos on http://www.probirt.com – another “Tips & Tricks” from Jeff Dening and two videos from Neal Anderson about making specialty pliers. Another video by Neal Anderson, this one covering valve and piston repair, trombone slide repair, and trumpet and saxophone modifications, will be on the site in a few days.
