I just got in a CC trombone with a crushed bell. I am pretty sure the
bell is nickel silver. I tried to take out some of the dents, however
the normal dent removal tools did not even faze the dents. How are
these dents taken out? I assume a dent machine, with difficulty, would
solve the problem?
I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Those bells are tough!! You may find that you have to remove the
laquer, anneal the bell, remove the dents, and relaquer the bell.
A dent machine may work, with a lot of effort.
Good luck!
