I found a clarinet mixed into our rental fleet apparently made by "Pierre Dumont Paris"...this (aside from SN#8513) is the only marking on the instrument. It seems to be a decent piece of wood with nickel plated keys and tenon/bell rings. Does anyone know anything else about this instrument / company? Is it coincidence that the horn is in a King case? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I recently fixed a Rene Dumont clarinet. Not too bad intermediate quality. I do not know if it is related to the Pierre Dumont but I doubt any relationship to King.
