Ordered a piece of music from J.W. Pepper in December. They told me it was temporarily out of print from the publisher. I called them just now to see how much longer it would be. All I said was, "Hi. I ordered a piece of music in December that was TOP and am calling to find out when it will be available." I didn't give an order number, the name of the music, my name, or any other identifiable details. Without missing a beat, the guy said, "the Dinicu piece for tenor sax?". Holy cow! They must have a serious data system tied in with caller ID.
