I got this email today:

"January 14, 2009

To whom it may concern,

I am writing from New Zealand with a job offer for a repair technician. I would be most grateful if you could pass this information on to anyone you think may be interested in this opportunity.

We are a Brass and Woodwind Repair (plus Retail) shop in Wellington, the capital city of New Zealand. We are looking for a fully trained Brass and Woodwind Technician. Although we have a preference for someone with a specialty in brass we will consider all applicants.

This job is fulltime for a minimum of 9 months, with the potential for ongoing or permanent employment if desired. We are in the process of completing the necessary immigration paperwork to sponsor an overseas employee. All that would be required of the successful applicant is to obtain a relevant visa.

We currently do all levels of work from beginner to professional, brass and woodwind.   The New Zealand Symphony Orchestra resides in Wellington and we look after many of the players. Wellington offers a wonderful lifestyle and is the music centre of NZ.

This position is available immediately beginning at the latest May 2009.

Please check us out on our website (see below)

We look forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards

Claire Macfarlane"
