Likewise, if you are a budding apprentice tackling your first frozen screw or a student thinking of setting up on your own, help is available through the PROBIRT support chat.
When you're logged into the site, you'll see an image just like the one above. Clicking the image will start a support chat with the technician on duty, who will help you through your difficulty. If you need a technician when none is online, the image to the right will show "offline." Clicking the image brings up a box where you can leave a message explaining the situation, and someone will respond ASAP (usually within a couple of hours).
